Maybe one from a big national bank and couple from local or regional banks.

I am excited to join what already seems like a warm gathering of people, sharing inestimable experience.Originally from the Philly area, I relocated for work (regional sales) in the DC area about a year ago.  

I would do one national bank and a few local or regional banks.

My buyer would like to stay in the NW region although I've had some investors head over to the NE region and have been doing quite well. 

My impression was that they will hold and bundle them in a region - ie, once a year in Colorado is an estimate.  

Schedule the new lease duration to end around peak demand for your region (June?).

So, that leaves only small local or regional banks.

We are lucky enough to be the largest lead generator in the region based on the way we do things such as quality control, analytics of leads through portals and analytics of leads from agent experiences.I would love to hear any new or old and successful methods used by the Bugger Pockets community on generating quality leads.Thanks

Clear Capital does not expect to see much appreciation nationwide in 2015 even in the typically high appreciation regions like the West coast and CA.

My facts may be regional but I would think there is something out there that will allow for you to put less then 15% down and it not be FHA.
