@Andrew Dean  Random Question, I am still in the process of learning, But I was researching FHA loans and most literature says  Borrowers must have a steady employment history or worked for the same employer for the past two years.I do have steady employment History, BUT for the past 3 years I have alternated from full time Employee to 1099 Independent Contractor each year; and in January I will most likely start 1099 work again for up to a year. 

I wouldn't necessarily throw $600 at a random lawyer that also helps with the TIN (whoopy!)
