She really loves working with us and she loves everything she is learning from us in real estate (as stated in her email to us this morning).  

I just listened to a podcast this morning (Wheelbarrow Profits - Episode 19) about the Move In fee, and I had never thought about this angle. 

@William Collins  I relayed your story to a friend of mine this morning.

The next morning I give the lender a call again and she answers I told her what happened and she told me that because of the time that had passed, they would not be able to close on the 30th.

Once you can get over the number hurdles, the details will probably be easier to negotiate.I just made an offer for a property this morning.

I check the hotsheet with the new listings first thing every morning, although sometimes I ask myself why I even do it since there is never any good deals on there!

After not asking for any additional documents for over a week, and receiving a "clear to close" email from my loan officer on 4/29, the underwriters requested an additional statement on the morning of 4/30, which is the day before my closing, and I provided the document right away.

He calls me this morning again, and says a lawyer already filled up paper and i just need to sign.

So, a thought came to me this morning and I’d like to run it by you seasoned investors...What if I were willing to work for free?
