The house mainly just needs some TLC its 720sqft so i put the repairs at 10,000 for some wiggle room.

I also feel most comfortable investing in markets that I know - mainly the East Bay area of the Bay Area and metro Boston.I've heard of the BRRR method being used almost exclusively on houses that are around $90-$120k. 

I never had a C-corp before so I don't know, Can i simply assign interest in the property holding LLC out of my C-corp and to my main holding company.
