IM USING HARD MONEY SO THOSE MONTHLY INTREST ONLY PAYMENTS ARE KILLING ME ASWELL  A strategy we often use on properties like this is Rent to Own or Lease with Option to Own. 

Me and my two buddies just jumped into real estate investment and are thinking of trying out a house hacking strategy.

I assumed that most note buyers would have an option to split monthly payments and my half would cover my wrap, however I have yet to find note buyers familiar with a strategy like that.

What is the borrowers exit strategy?

I would look at other strategies too to open your mind. we do new builds single family and multifamily for investors here in columbus with 20% equity at a min. that strategy takes like 5 calls with investors just to get them to wrap their mind around it because it's sophisticated.

That was one of many reasons why I originally got into REI.A combination of flipping and STRs can be a very successful strategy.

Then start with a strategy like house hacking.

First step would be connect with a local lender familiar with the strategy specifically utilizing fha loans.

And if you can determine which strategy to go with and it makes financial sense, you go for it.
