You then have Brewerytown and Strawberry Mansion which neighbor themselves and also border the 2nd worse educational/poverty in the country as $400k new construction and rehabbing is being down as well.It boils down to your your power team you have on the ground and what you can expect them to sustain your asset for appreciation and current maintenance facilities.Regards,Joe Scorese

I did a drive by and browse this weekend and did not see anything concerning. 5 other homes on cul-de-sac all well maintained w/ average MV of 338k.

I would look into the tax consequences as well, there's probably nothing to worry about with a single family home but it doesn't hurt to check in with an accountant who is familiar with cross-border investments and income just so that there aren't any surprises at tax time.
