Only thing they worn me about it the double fees for multi llcs, however WY fee is fairly cheap.As for the bank, am thinking that, the MA operating LLC being local wouldn't cause any issue with the bank.

The first one was relatively easy.This tenant is very sneaky and lies and I already have multiple just causes to evict.

@Darson GranthamYep, it all depends on what each of feel comfortable with as far as risk, because as we are seeing is one of those events that cause real estate investors to go bust should this last longer then expected and renters stop paying. 

The best advise i can give you is to remember that the money in a deal is made when you purchase the property, especially when it comes to military investors as your situation will change (PCS/Deployment etc...) which will cause your cost to rise, make sure you factor in these cost when you are looking at the property and base the deal on those expenses to make sure it works both now and in the future.
