So, really, my experience is not applicable to your risk.I'd say too that if you use a loan servicer in doing your deals, you'd certainly limit your risks.Small banks will usually give you the least flak, large servicers may lose track of you but don't count on it, the bigger they re the more they tend to hang close to corporate policies.Point is, if you do installment deals with underlying mortgages you need an exit plan at all times, sell for cash or refinance the deal and be ready to take out any lender.
