If the person continues to park in your driveway then I wouldn't spend much time trying to communicate with them and just have it towed.

I still continue to DCA into my index funds, but this 50K stays as extra money that I can invest somewhere else.

Some of the reasons I'm considering on making the jump into this area is because they are steadily continuing to develop at a crazy rate, it has good highway access, the neighbors are cool and the location to the shopping center makes it ideal.
