Any county registry agent can probably tell you where the seller's name goes as grantor and the buyer as grantee...etc.Where I am, the folks in the Recorder's Office have seen so many deeds filed that they can tell you what office they came from by who the notaries are....like oh, Sally Fisher again, she's at American TitleIt could also be that each deed will have the name and address where the deed was made...But for filing, it will need to be squeezed or stamped.Good post Mitch!

Long story short, my husband worked at Dartmouth, 20 years ago--and I swore to never come back...there were no or very very little hair care products for African Americans in Hanover/Lebanon back then...Anyway, I earned my doctorate in psychology, became a licensed clinical psychologist and yearned for wide open spaces and a place to do my art--I now work for a distance learning institution (work from home) and my husband is back working at Dartmouth.

Wal-Mart (which is for sure in Columbus, probably Phoenix too) has a card with American Express called Bluebird - one of the ways to load the card is by taking cash to WalMart and doing it at Customer Service or even at a checkout line.

So, in conclusion, that was a waste of my time and people from Rich Dad workshop who came to Montreal to teach real estate investment do not know anything about our market, our law, our taxation, our mortgages- they are different for American mortgages, -our refinancing of the houses and use a wrong terminology for Quebec housing and real estate.
