i.e. 10 years for furnace, 8 for water heater etc.Note that these are not actual numbers for these items just examples.

The chimney is either letting cold drop into the house,,,or shipping heat outside by the natural rise of heat.Furnaces /boilers with pvc venting dont. 

It's not a sewer line, it's a 3/4" water supply.

Agree with advice given about the criticality of getting in at the right part of the cycle, but would add that it is more about only buying when the fundamental numbers are right; this could happen in a hot market, but is much more likely to happen in a cold one.

You operate a business and to stay above water you need to make money as well.
