Most of my tenants pay virtually so collection is a breeze, and maintenance is something that you develop relationships with reliable contractors for over time. 

I am thinking about going into other wholesaler friendly markets and wholesaling virtually.

If the goal is more leads (and if that is why you want to wholesale virtually) I would start becoming master of your domain first. 

Virtually every short term rental in the country, every small hotel or motel, every hostel, thousands of coffee shops, thousands of restaurants and tens of thousands of other businesses provide free and/or customer paid internet services. 

I am focusing on virtual wholesaling as I have lived in a few places and have a good understanding of my terrain.
