Many agents pay to advertise their listings on social media and are putting on virtual open houses, which are very useful in the current climate with Covid and all. 

I am open to meeting virtually, over the phone etc.

I have always built my business through  networking/references, look forward to meeting folks on here virtually and hopefully in person at some point! 

With UNR and colleges being all virtual they can live anywhere.

It’s in the new arts district.

If there were a best location, everyone who wanted to do virtual wholesaling would flock there. 

I suspect virtually all brokers would find a request for a new agent to represent you to be a reasonable request.Good luck
