they will tell the courts lies.. like they didn't sent the notice of tax Certificates or notice tax deed sale to the correct location or address even if its one the local bank branches they will lie like hell and as we know it the courts will continually allow and let them get away with it ,.

That said, the quality of life in Houston proper is very much neighborhood (and even block) specific, whereas some of the outer-lying suburbs such as Spring, Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, parts of Missouri City, and Pearland all tend to have better reputations overall.
