I'm facing the same thing in Ohio and dealt with the same thing last year.Advertise on Go Section8, and Craigslist and Low Income Housing Websites for your area and make sure you advertise that you DO accept Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.

You could probably have a HELOC that you can withdraw the funds and present in the form acceptable to the auctioneer (most require cashier's checks) and do it that way.
