@Zevi Arem please outline your role in the deal Zevi.

Ultimately you need to be as specific and detailed as possible as this exercise will make you ask questions you didn’t know to ask.  

I’m not even close to getting to this type of structuring but as an exercise of academia, I wanted to get opinions of BP members on the cost and protections of this type of asset structure.

I require that they all learn how to do mail merge, even if it that application is not something they will likely need in their role.

After determining the partnership was viable we have been going bullet point by bullet point identifying what each of our roles will be. 

I feel like I need to make a solid run in the next 5-7 years and then move to a more passive role where i am able to enjoy the fruits of my labor with less of a time commitment on a regular basis. 

That is to say each person should have a role, know their role, and be able to complete their role without overstepping over others boundaries.

To make things even more unique, I’d plan on this being a part-time role.
