Managing it yourself - You or your team collect the rent, deal with local contractors for repairs, in essence hands on 2. 

Honestly, it is overwhelming for me since the house wasn't in the best shape when we bought it and my family didn't keep up with repairs/renovating throughout the years.However, we do have around ~150k in equity which can be used for renovation and aftewards renting it out.

What I am looking for is something pretty turn key with hopefully 10k or less in repairs.

Not sure what either of you (@Jonathan Bock @Chris Seveney) are referring, but I had general questions and I appreciate @Tyler Warrick for addressing them.As a retired service member and current executive, I've owned many homes, but never more than 2 at a time.

These are all codewords for delayed cashflow, heightened management burden early-on, and potential significant repairs.  

Neighbor refuses to compensate me for the towing fee.I paid Neighbor for a service - the long term storage of my vehicle, via one of their hosts.

I am not a co-host but rather a full service property manager. 

I want you to tell me which title companies are best, which attorney to use or not to use, and 100 or 1000 awesome pieces of advice.Good and great service is expensive.Bad service (self service) can be catastrophic.I truly believe people work way way too hard for their money, to throw it away on self disservice.

Not to mention the  emotional toll it takes on a property owner and the aftermath of finally getting your property back then perform expensive repairs.  

She always spoke highly of them to me in terms of quality and service.
