I've tried nearly a half dozen other systems and MileIQ has made me BACK thousands of dollars.I have not tried TAxBot but that sounds pretty cool too.

If you have a multi-fam of 5 or more units, you can occupy them as an owner.

During a google search I came across macerating toilets and Saniflo systems.

I would recommend finding a solid Multi to house hack with, and then start flipping.  

We do already have a lead management system though.

I am primarily interested in multi-families to rent, but I have no deals for you, or for me at this point ;)

I'm interested in SFH's and possibly some small multi-family. 

What makes it such a discount at this point in time is that even though the municipalities planning committee GIS system indicates that they have easements established for road frontage for this lot, currently there is no road frontage.I would like to take advantage of picking up the lot while deeply discounted, but I know that no road frontage will impact potential plans to convert this over to a cash flow play (or to liquidate it later if needed) until completed by the municipality.
