However, I sure wouldn't complain if it became easier to evict a smoker that lied to get into a non-smoking unit.A landlord should be able to designate a building as non-smoking and non-smokers who move into the building should not have to breathe their neighbor's second hand smoke.I can't see any reason that smokers can't smoke in their own apartments in a building that is designated smokers allowed.
