I would walk thru the purchase process in Norway and see if you can do a quick resale and also make sure it is legal or you can’t be sued for tying up the property from the owners selling.

Yes you definitely have many options for purchase with LLC using no income and no doc .

Some optional items from a LTR lease now become requirement: you have to own the utility account, definitely have contractors to maintain yard, pest control, periodic soft wash the exterior, pool/hot tub (only speaking from FL, or any other property routine maintenance in other region). 

It's not necessary you form a relationship with the seller but it definitely doesn't hurt.
