As an alternative to turnkey, I have more recently focused my buy and hold investing with a company that offers interests in portfolios of 10 SFRs at a time, that are co-owned by the managers for diversifying and aligned interests.  

I am doing a cash out refi of one of my rentals and want to either find a good flip or another rental property with good cash flow in Denver Metro area.  Challenge is finding good deals.   Can anyone recommend some go...

If the circuits are move badly co-mingled, it might be necessary to rewire the building, or just include the electricity in the rent.

-If above requirements are not met; Apartment can still be rented with a lease Co-Signer that has a Credit score of 680 or higher.

Make sure with any deal you buy they're going through a legitimate title company and any funds you pay are to the title co to set in escrow until closing.Good luck, hope this deal works out for you.
