Any way around paying the very high property tax, school tax etc. in SC?  

The size of the house is 3500 sqft, single story, and only a 4/3, and rather small at that BR/BA count for the neighborhood.

Right now, DSCR loans are very competitive with what the banks are offering without all the paperwork that comes with conventional financing. 

I just refurnished much or it and got new pictures, and the activity has been good thus far.A 2/2 beach side in Destin/FWB, income will depend on view of the unit, and the things mentioned above.

The lending type doesn’t matter.

But I genuinely believe that if you’re just getting started, house hacking is the better option.
