I don't understand the exist strategy...

If these policies exist, what are they called?

Once those are done I will be working on reinforcing the existing 840sqft home and doing an add a level.I am also working on acquiring some homes for repair and then use as rentals.I attend some really great meetings my favorite of which is NJRESN.

I agree with many of the opinions above...having the copper gone is actually a good thing for your plumber who can put in a pex system without having to jerryrig into an existing system...the same situation with a HUD duplex that had all the copper ripped out cost me $1500 to have a new pex plumbing system put in...better than ever!!

I meant power washing (maybe it should be called pressure washing) in order to clean the existing paint not to spray it off.

But, I know the need exists and I want to fill that need.

More of a rant...Obviously there are good wholesalers out there (never met one, but have been told they exist).  

If it would then I think you'll at least know what would be a better decision as to what to do with your existing investment.

I'd like to replace what exists for succulents and indigenous plants that use less water, but this fee!
