They have the best name in internet networking.  

My background in internet marketing has proven to be a valuable asset for generating tons of online leads for flipping and finding investment properties from distressed sellers. 

Whether Billboards, TV ads, Radio exposure, or Internet Marketing.All the successful persons in Real Estate seem to get great exposure. 

I'm not a programmer by any means, and it seems a little bit daunting at first, but I got into it when I got the hang of it.

I mostly have been relying on article from the Internet and get a sense of what others ore saying.

Internet search or bp search?

I personally like to get my "as close to accurate" analysis done using the Internet and then vet that deal with folks on here or call realtors in your area of business and vet it with them as well.

I've researched the internet to include the Philadelphia tax site. 

On the flip side, there's no city water or sewer, my address does not exist according to Google maps, and the only broadband Internet available is U-Verse at 6 Mbps.
