I am also thinking of putting forward a cash incentive to cosign as well.I am thinking that with the rising cost of real estate , and the condition of the economy, one would jump at the chance to partner with me , if they were already interested in investing in Colombia.I am wondering how difficult it would be to have this all put in writing by a lawyer, the conditions of the agreement.
