Now that the holidays are over it will be interesting to see which way the market heads.

Toying with furnishing it for the holidays, and then for travel nurses or cooperate housing.

However, given the fear tenants have and holidays, we are getting back to normal times.

I was looking more towards January, something post holiday consumer actions as I can see the holiday consumer cycle propping up consumer activity.

Not a very good feeling right before the holidays.
