It seems so hard to find good contractors these days that are reliable and show up when they say they do.I just made a post asking how people find great contractors for their vendor list.

Get the place fixed up and place a good tenant and move on.  

We offered them $1,000 to go away and they laughed at our attorney and said "we are gonna get our $20k" (I was like, umm  nope no you are not...) - So we ended up foreclosing, but the borrower contested it (BAD MOVE by them).
