Can someone provide feedback of their experience with either of these two firms (ESPECIALLY if you are in NJ) and how I should move forward as someone who has no doors at this point (again ESPECIALLY if you are in NJ).

Found an apartment building that's fully leased in Belle glade FL. I think it has great potential there are 7 units and it's priced about 50k per unit.The units are each 2 bed 1 bath and is netting an estimate of 450 ...

Purchase price 700000$ downpayment 140000$ - my responsiblity closing costs 15000$ my responsibility 275,000K loan her responsiblilty 275,000k Loan my responsibility I am trying to figure what a contract might look like for me and her as far as terms, does anyone have any experience in a similar situation, how the equity would be split upon sale or any other feedback.
