Velocity of capital is critical!

Let's start with the NOI number because I feel it is the most critical.

WL is for building your net worth to deploy into deals or rentals.IUL is after you have reached critical mass and just want no headaches. (4-6M net-worth)

Not trying to be critical, just wondering what was the issue. 

Since you aren't local to do things yourself, your team is your most critical point. 

If one of them lives in it is otherwise dependent on it, their personal interests may diverge and that could lead to a family feud and possibly an eviction problem you probably want to avoid.  2) You should try to understand the inter-personal dynamic among the heirs, and remember it's critical to have empathy when dealing with the bereaved family.

. #4 does seem to be reaching a critical point.

The monthly total is $2020 and I have 3 families willing to pay a lease option price of $2200 monthly with the ability to purchase the house in three years at the price of $320K.Any thoughts, suggestions, or criticisms would be greatly appreciated.
