How many coats do I need?

I did my cabinets that were some older standard oak looking cabinets like yours are and it made a huge difference and was a very inexpensive fix we spent maybe 100 on paint (use a good quality and probably 3 coats) then 100 on new door handles and it looks like a new kitchen add in some modern gray floors and it will totally change the look of your kitchen.

Eventually they realized that construction fumes from the unit below them (supposedly fumes from coating bath tub surfaces) were coming up into their unit.

Old copper plumbing and cast iron drains were replaced with PVC and PEX.

The last thing you want is to think you bought a property 2% DSCR and having to stick every penny into repairs. 

I know I probably wont see a penny but I want it on his record that he owes money. 

In my opinion, worth every penny.

But, I feel like it's, first, just a generally nice thing to do, and second, a way to show that for me, it's not about squeezing every penny out of every deal, but building relationships and making everyone some money in the process.
