I have a former employee who I am close with who only works part time and would be excellent at a lot of the skills involved in non performing notes like networking with regional banks, even borrower reach out. 

I currently work full time as an IT technician and would love to help, if you have a business or current projects that require computer skills, I am at your disposal!

I would bet you have skills the beginner doesn’t have and can’t really learn easily. 

Congrats on being blessed by the appreciation gods, and while I know it takes some skill along with luck to be in your position, I think it’s harder to replicate than building strong cash flow.

The benefits to the customer will define or frame what someone can earn.What they know about USA  real estate and their technical skills when it comes to tools.

You mentioned you're good at analyzing deals, so consider finding the partners that are lacking such skill but perhaps good with construction and/or have the funds.
