Currently the top unit is leased for 10 more months at $550 and $25 for water (I pay for water) and tenant pays heat/electric.

I use EVOLVE to handle the bookings and a local cleaning/maintenance company that is an EVOLVE partner to handle everything during the guest's stay so I don't get those late night calls.

Then I found out they didn't pay their electric and phone bills either.
