Overall my plan was to do 3 interiors for 25k (950sqft  2 bed 1 bath).

After the first year I refinanced the condo to get my titles back from the bank and pulled enough money out to buy a Larger 3 bed Condo.

Construct a new Facade to improve the retail floor for public assembly, build-out a new restaurant on the street floor 2003.

Even if I avoid buying retail, numbers just don't work for me.What part of LA are you primarily investing in?
