I mean hell, maybe in the off season or something.The 35k ones are just small studios.  

I am creating a system for everything.Bought an office building to house my full time worker and starting in the next week a daily video show.I have a professional studio room set up just for recording videos. 

When you buy the kindle version of Pace Morby's new "Wealth Without Cash" book, is there an option to listen an audio version? 

I also have a recording studio for making custom soundtracks and sound engineering.

The other dream is to allow my wife to open fitness studios as she loves that stuff, doing those obstacle course races every chance she gets.

It would be nice if all roommates were like that.If I can find a house that had like maybe a master suite with a separate entrance or a garage that's been converted into a studio apartment or something like that, that would work out great.

I haven’t had an issue collecting rent or utilities because the alternative is a studio apartment at 50% more Rent.
