I also know how important it is sometimes to put yourself out there so that maybe I can connect with others and make bigger things happen or at least inspire someone to get back on that horse or else you’ll always feel like something is missing inside.

I was mainly inspired to start researching investment properties by listening to podcasters like Paula Pant.Now, as  I'm learning, a huge portion of succeeding in real estate is going out and talking to people -- investors, contractors, neighbors, residents of areas to invest in, etc.

BP is very inspirational indeed.

After attending Flip Hacking Live 2018, I was inspired and motivated to crush it!

I see that, and I am edified by it.Beyond what virtuous friends can bring to your business habits, the more important reality is that the virtue that they inspire in you is more crucial for your happiness than any deal could ever be.
