Further, if you want access to MLS, there is an additional fee.

The HOA fee in here along with insurance costs and the recent decline in overall traffic may not make it profitable.

They are also likely to have more fees (desk fees, floor duty, broker keeps a bigger portion of commissions, etc.).

Yes, he went through a lawuiy  before with a seller in sub to deal  he mentioned he had to pay his lawyer $10,000 and the original seller lost the case. 

Not as interested in HOA fees, but willing to consider.
