In terms of immediate priorities, I'm looking to find a lender to get pre-approved, take a drive around the area with an expert to learn the ins & outs, churn through deal analysis in the neighborhoods most applicable to me, and assemble a team so I can move quickly when the right deal presents itself.Thanks for reading through this lengthy post; the first time putting yourself out there is always the toughest :) Hopefully any other lurkers reading this post are encouraged to introduce themselves to the forums as well.

However, do you really think that suggesting that there are many options and that you could finance a property in Mexico for as low as 4.2% is a good idea (knowing that nobody will get that), especially when you get featured as the resident expert in the article?

A few things to realize about being a commercial agent in this type of market:Finding good deals is really hardcommercial brokers font like to share their commissions Loopnet has NO good dealsAs mentioned above, if you want to get into the commercial brokers business, your best bet would be to join one of the big firms and grind for 2-3 until you build your client base and become an expert in the niche you work in, maybe even get a CCIM certified.
