Most very successful STRs seem to have direct booking options, they are opening their properties to the YouTube Airbnb influencers to get more publicity, they are creating regular content through their own social media channels, etc.  

There are many social media groups dedicated to travelers seeking furnished properties, you can list on sources like Zillow and apartments.com, Crashpad, corporatehousingbyowner, etc etc. 

None of the three will charge you and all provide a relaxed/social setting that you can ask questions from other investors and professionals.
