Why waste money on a lawyer to draft a lease - no need to re-invent the wheel - make friends with a landlord, talk to tenants - get a copy of their lease - go to the court house and search for recorded leases.

I always knew there was no point in reinventing the wheel if it has worked for others, and if people have what you want, then study what they do to get their results.

I'm looking for any and all input on this matter whether financial consultation, business model, or potential partners who are willing to take a risk by reinventing the wheel....

They already have the connections, so no need to reinvent the wheel.  

I believe that most everything that's required to accomplish this has already been invented/created, therefore, I'm not really trying to reinvent the wheel.
