I can read all I want (and I've read a lot and listened to a lot of lectures) but when it comes down to it, when it comes to finding a deal and getting the ball rolling I have no idea!

Here in New York there are several places where architecture lectures occur frequently, and some of the best architects in the city will be in attendance.

Start a Podcast, give lectures, create that financial path AND do your pay down.  

Indeed, while many people appreciate my posts here, if I happen to reread myself, I'm at times concerned that I might sound like I'm lecturing, condescending or even borderline arrogant, which isn't the way I am.
