Bolded for emphasis, I really agree with this, but expand that it can be retail experience or experience-experience like an Escape Room, coffee lounge, etc.I also see the costs of doing business ever increasing, we may see a pause in the next 4-8 years with Trump, but insurance, labor, etc. are increasing that it makes it much more expensive to start any business.

While this is fine, your assumptions and public comments are bold for your assumed lack of knowledge.

Typically runs a few hundred buck each year.Regardless of your flavor of Kool-Aid, global warming is real and insurance actuarials calculate the probability of flooding. 

It's not a perfect analogy, but it gives the flavor of what happens in a rental: the vast majority of houses don't burn and most people don't need emergency medical attention every day.  

It has a slight molasses flavor which I like a lot and only costs about 6 bucks a stick.If I'm looking to spend a few dollars, I too like an Opus X.

You don't own the property prior to the loan funding.Refinance comes in two flavors- cash out and rate/term.

May be to large of a project but hey, fortune favors the bold.
