Should I be a full time student and be a house flipper after I graduate or be a full time house flipper?

The house is nicely renovated, so the privacy fence spaces are intended to give upscale private college student residents a little privacy and separation from the neighborhood.  

The founder, Gino Wickman (who I believe was a student of Verne Harnish), has written a very popular book that I'd also suggest called "Traction".

The funny thing is that in the same moment I was starting to read Kiyosaki's book, it was like a clear message for me hahahahhaha...At the moment I am just an ordinary student.

We've done decently well, enough to allow my wife to quit her high-paying corporate job and become a middle school teacher (her dream!)
