Just to let you know there, are quite a few loan products that allow first-time home buyers to buy a home without great credit scores or much money to put down, FHA loans are one.

I suppose you could deny the request to extend the loan and cancel the sale but obviously that would be counter productive.

There is not one person in  this business in the mid west or out east that has not had this happen to them.. stealing condenser units is a sport in those areas just look at the product and you will see the units are caged..

That triangle region is known worldwide for its farming product.

@Josh Autery - Our sales pages are based on principles used by SaaS companies (Software as a Service), whereby product knowledge and pricing are shared with the consumer to ensure they fully understand the product before purchase.  

I will check the developer's clauses to ensure they don't have any restrictions on reselling lots prior to finished product.  

I guess we are all a product of our own experiences.

These banks can offer products called portfolio loans, which are not subject to the same regulations as "conforming" loans.

I think they offer a good product.

Since Duplexes are treated more like Single Family Residences and not specifically commercial properties their values are typically driven more from Housing Market forces instead of Income Production.
