Consider looking into Norwood, North Avondale, Kennedy Heights and Pleasant Ridge. 

I'm hoping that my wife will get over the  initial shock of my sudden shift in pursuits and at least not completely object once I start showing good financial progress.

In the process of purchasing my first turnkey property out of state.  Just got the home inspection report, and it sounds like a disaster.  Water damage on the ceilings, wood rot, old HVAC, questionable roof, dead mice...

If you find that FATTER checking accounts is pleasant, you can do more of the cash-outs. 

My son almost passed out, my daughter and wife both fell ill and the internet installer is lucky to be alive. ( I have a recorded statement from him explaining his symptoms).I spoke with the seller and he is basically calling it my problem in not such a pleasant way.
