PS Bonus points for ability to generate 3-day notices from the software, and ability to dispatch physical letters without manually print/fold/stuff/stamp/mail  (ala mailaletter, click2mail)

I'm a bit concerned about anonymity, but I was told that they might require an actual physical address.2. 

I realize now that I have a decent amount of equity at my disposal and I'd really like to use it to grow our little side thing into a full-fledged business.It is a challenge to be actively involved when I'm not physically present, but I'm fortunate enough to have a reliable partner and property manager that handles nearly everything.

That and no capital are the ONLY two things preventing me from physically acting.

The front yard is so over grown that it is physically impossible to get to the front door and it has all of the other major signs of being vacant.

While it isn't as personable as physically meeting, it is easier when distance is involved.Criteria: I would say that the biggest criteria is that you and your boots on the ground have the same goals.

I preordered the physical book on Amazon, yet I would like to get the digital content as well (Audio, book, and bonuses).

One exception was the 10x rule by grant cardone but that one he recorded himself.I just don't get the retention, applicability, satisfaction, or sense of adventure from listening to an audiobook that I do from reading a physical book.The odd thing is that I'm a millenial and a radiologist  (a very tech oriented medical field).
