I am a retired Navy Seabee builder. investing in realty has always been a passion of mine, I am looking to flip and even hold a few properties for my self to create that passive income while doing what I love best renovating old stuff and making them shine again.

Oftentimes, they will happily take a volunteer in exchange for teaching the business (not always, but often).In terms of proof, what will most convince them is passion, integrity and reliability.

My dad was and still is a huge influence on my passion for the business field he himself has been learning on his own for years.

Its seems like you have dabbled in quite a bit, so really tapping into what you are passionate about will probably provide insight for yourself to find what options are available moving forward.Second, and complimentary to this, check out what your local market is doing (if that is the area you want to work in).  

I work in the tech industry by day, but my real passion is remodeling, real estate and design.
