Low spots can cause debris (toilet paper or kitchen waste) to buildup in the line. 

There are dead mice, mouse droppings covering most of the visible carpet, piles of books/papers/stuff everywhere.  

I felt like I was in way over my head- fortunately I had a mentor to re-assure me.The only thing I would add by way of advice is "paper is your friend."

Put paper towels or newspaper around when you flush it to help determine the area of the leak.

And less paper works?

Photocopying is performed as part of the admin function and you are not going to know upfront before your case is started how many sheets of paper need to be copied so you can recharge these to a client at X per sheet.

The issue is that on paper its easy to draw up, in practice much harder to execute.

On the other question you had about posting on the internet: Don't post anything on the internet what you don't want everyone to know, this isn't a piece of paper that you just shred.   

All of my tenants have seen what these papers look like, and know what they mean, as they are shown the partially completed paperwork at the time that they sign their lease.

I think they are going to do what craigs list did to the paper advert business  :)  I digressThese areas of Northern cal to my knowledge have not gotten on the skinny house band wagon @Brian Burke  you guys doing any skinnies in SR ?
