The cost of fixture installation and drain connection are listed as separate line items (leaving me with a total plumbing budget between $3670 and $7190, with a mid-range price coming in around $5430).

It doesn't have drywall, looks to be a system style installation, where the vinyl slides together and the roof is all integral.

In my area I can expect to pay $2,000 to $3,000 simply to have it moved, set on site, skirting installed and strapped down.

I have have a full-time business, flooring installer.

I know there is a lot of threads about installing but none that talk in depth about portable A/C units...Backstory: I purchased a 3 bed, 2 bath duplex in Baraboo, WI which rents for $995.

Then to finish the lots (installing roads, curbs, gutters, storm water drains) and bringing water and sewer to the lots can run $30-$40k per lot.

It has quickly turned out to be a nightmare, not only because of the water damage but also because of the property management company (notice, I said company – it is a large internationally known company).I spoke with the PM, their handyman, the tenant and a mold remediation company to put the pieces together.On April 16th all new appliances were installed.
