Usually, they are more than happy to explain to your exact question. 

In other words....Socialists.Paul - tell him you'll meet him at one of the properties and explain this 'having too much' thing.

On the lease explain that they are all responsible for meeting the terms of the lease which includes paying rent.Tell them they signed the lease and once it expires or the early termination clause is invoked. 

If for some reason you can not connect with them in person ask for the director of planning and explain the situation. 

The reason you want someone knowledgeable and skilled is for the 20% chance that something will go wrong.You could hire an attorney so you have someone objective looking at the contract and keeping you safe legally.

Then I read other posts on here explaining that whole sellers already have a selected group of buyers who they sell to and don't waste time on the **smaller fish.
