Depending on your experience you'll likely be somewhere between 75% - 90% of the purchase price and possible up to 92.5% if you have lots of experience as well as experience in the area.

Any new loan will most probably condition for an explanation for the inquiry; my guess is this wont go over well with the new lender. 

But often times there is co-tenancy, as well.  

So you are looking at least at geometric advancement.IDK what is going to happen, if we still need BP (probably yes), but I have a feeling that we can't judge the road ahead by looking into the rearview mirror.And this will impact our social life as well.

I understand that you wont be getting a "deal" with turnkey, but I think what I was concerned with was that the listed price was well above what Zillow/Trulia suggested that property specifically was worth, and the range of prices for that neighborhood.

By any measure, my portfolio is comprised of “cashflowing” properties that are well over the 1% rule and hit all the common ROI targets (on paper) you’ll see mentioned on BP.
